Annual Sydney Dinner

Please join us for a fun night

2019 indigo foundation dinner

Celebrating 15 years of partnership in Afghanistan

Please join us for a very special night at our annual Sydney dinner!

Saturday 30 March 2019, 6:30 for 7:00pm
Moore Park Golf House, Cnr Cleveland St & Anzac Pde

We are thrilled to announce that we have

  • Ali Reza Yunespour as our guest speaker. Ali Reza is a former Hazara refugee and the current Partnership Coordinator for Afghan schools program. For 15 years we have worked with representatives from the refugee community in Australia to rebuild schools, train teachers and improve education in the Borjegai and Jirghai regions in Afghanistan. Despite the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan, this unique partnership has made incredible gains - more students are completing school and getting into university and more girls are able to enter the classroom and unleash their potential. Join us on the night to meet Ali, celebrate what the community has achieved and hear stories of hope and resilience.
  • Verity Firth returning as our wonderful MC for the evening. Verity is a former NSW MP and Minister for Women and Education and is now the Executive Director of Social Justice at UTS. With Verity in charge, it's guaranteed to be a great evening.

And of course, there’ll be delicious food, entertainment and much fun with friends old and new as the sun sets over beautiful Moore Park, in support of indigo foundation and our partner communities.

Tickets are limited so please get in quickly. Price includes 3 course meal, wine and entertainment. Ample parking is avaialble at the venue.
We look forward to seeing you there!
